High-Rise Designs

This section of the website is dedicated to our high-rise tower designs. These are meant for various genres of architecture including major commercial, dense or light residential and medical. We are showing first a grayscale picture to show what is city scape and what is rendering, then we are showing everything in color as the completed rendering.

Duplex Walkthrough

The walkthrough we did for this duplex takes on a more artistic approach. We decided to show the duplex in a wireframe mode, meaning the interior could be viewed from the exterior and vice-verse. We have pin-pointed certain views of the duplex to show high quality renderings that would fade into the wireframe walkthrough as you got to them. Here is a split version of the walkthrough (both parts 1 and 2).

Duplex Interiors

Three bedroom duplex designed for sale or rent. All bedrooms upstairs with 1/2 bath, living and kitchen downstairs. We were given full creativity with materials and interior furniture design. Rendering positions designed for custom wireframe walkthrough. The walkthrough will be posted soon.

Central Texas Healthcare System

Partnering up with Mike Hale Architect once again, we were given the opportunity to completely design the look of the new complex. Using new CMU ideas and given the entrance a completely new look, we feel the design helps to complement the floor plans. Click on an icon to view a larger image.

Central Texas Hospital

Working with Mike Hale Architect, we were able to come up with a reasonable expansion idea for another hospital in Texas. We used a more modern approach to the main entrances, using blade walls and different materials. Click on an icon to view a larger image.

Spa/Art Gallery

For the designs of the spa and workout facility we were really given free reign. With a nearly limitless budget we decided to go with a more Japanese style approach with separate smaller hot tubs and light colors. We chose lighter colored timber posts to give the rooms a more geometric feel as well as used a large stone walkway through the center of the rooms. The art gallery needed to be a little more simplistic as to focus on the art instead of the space. Simple

North Texas Hospital

Working with Mike Hale Architect, we gave a North Texas Hospital a new face. We were given a unique opportunity to work with structural glass block. This gives the design a unique element that works well with the rest of the building. Instead of the mundane CMU on the old design, we employed a large, glazed curtain wall as well as a slick shading device to act as a modern trellis.

Dallas Arts District Guest Room

The Dallas Arts District is an area that is moving toward a modern design outlook. The area almost demands a certain urban standard in its temporary housing including hotels. This guest room portrays what a modern design combined with organic furniture can do to create a landscape that a visitor can directly become involved with. Click on an icon to view a larger image.
